2. What Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URL.
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on site, clicks and interactions.
- Booking data: Name, phone number and party details you send us when you request a table or guest list booking via WhatsApp.
3. Legal Basis and Purpose
We process technical and usage data on the basis of your consent, which you give through our cookie banner, in order to measure traffic and improve the site. We process booking data on the basis of performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one, in order to arrange your booking with the venue.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing). These are grouped into a single optional "Analytics & advertising" category. No cookies are stored and you are not identified until you accept it in our cookie banner: before you choose, we use Google Consent Mode, under which Google's tools run in a restricted, cookieless mode that may send anonymous, aggregated measurement signals but store nothing on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Necessary cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled. Our advertising provider is Google LLC (US); international transfers rely on Google's certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.
5. Sharing Your Data
To complete a booking we share the details you provide with the venue you have chosen. We also use Google as our analytics and advertising processor, which may involve transfers outside the UK under the safeguards described in section 4. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep booking data only as long as necessary to arrange and evidence your booking, and for as long as required to meet our legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention settings.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Age Restriction
This website is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. UK Representative
As our company is established in Spain, under Article 27 of the UK GDPR we appoint a representative in the United Kingdom for data protection matters. You may contact our UK representative at [TODO: representative name and UK postal address]. This does not affect your right to contact us directly or to complain to the ICO.
