1. Who We Are
Clubs in London is operated by Signal Strategy, S.L. (CIF B27698620). We are an independent booking service. We are not the operator or owner of the venues listed on this site.
2. Our Role
We arrange table reservations and guest list places at third-party venues. The venue remains solely responsible for admission, the event itself and the service provided on the night. Any ticket purchased through a link to a venue's official ticketing provider is governed by that provider's terms, not ours.
3. Admission and Right of Entry
A confirmed booking gives you priority entry but does not guarantee admission. Every venue reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry — for example for failure to meet the dress code, lack of valid photo ID, or intoxication. All venues listed are strictly over-18s and valid photo ID (passport or UK driving licence) is required.
4. Bookings, Minimum Spend and Payment
Table bookings are subject to availability and to a minimum spend that varies by venue, by night and by table location. The applicable minimum spend and any deposit will be confirmed to you in writing before your booking is finalised.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the venue and the night and will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. Events may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled by the venue; where that happens we will pass on the venue's terms to you.
6. Liability
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any venue, including refusal of admission, changes to the line-up, or cancellation of an event. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
