Clubs in South Kensington & Chelsea: Paloma and Gallery

If you're staying in South Kensington, Chelsea, Kensington or Earl's Court, you don't have to head to Soho or Mayfair for a proper night out. The two West London clubs we book are both Thursday-to-Saturday rooms, both newly opened, and both run without walk-ins. Here's how they compare.

Paloma, South Kensington

Paloma opened in September 2025 at 92b Old Brompton Road, London SW7, on the border between South Kensington and Chelsea. It's a small, stylish room that runs Thursday to Saturday from 11pm to 3am, with last entry at 2am. There are no walk-ins at all, which keeps the room curated and the crowd local: this is the club for people who are already in SW7.

The music is open format and the dress code is smart and sexy: no sportswear, shorts, hooded sweatshirts or tracksuits. Entry is for over-18s with valid physical photo ID. The standard table is priced for a group of up to ten with no more than five men, which makes a table the way in for groups of guys. South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations are both a short walk.

Gallery, Kensington High Street

Gallery opened in March 2025 at 2A Kensington High Street, London W8 4RE, from the team behind Boujis and B London, and was named Best New Nightclub 2025 by the London Nightlife Awards. It runs four spaces: the Club Room around a 10-tonne concrete DJ booth, Cubanista (a Cuban-inspired cocktail bar), the members-only Studio and a Tequila Bar, plus a hidden late-night pizzeria, Carlos Pizza.

The sound is house, the capacity is 400 and there are no walk-ins, so a table is the one way to guarantee your group gets in. The dress code is smart and stylish, with no sportswear, trainers, shorts or ripped clothing; it's strictly 18+ with physical photo ID. High Street Kensington station (District and Circle lines) is a short walk.
